Short and honest.

This Website

playcookie.org uses no tracking and no analytics services, loads no fonts or scripts from other servers and writes no access logs with IP addresses. Your IP address is only kept briefly in memory to slow down too many requests in a short time. If you come in through www.playcookie.org, the site is delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), which processes the connection data technically needed for that.

One Cookie, Only for the Language

This site exists in German and in English. Only when you pick a language yourself (with DE or EN at the top) does your browser remember the choice: in the cookie lang (for one year, containing only “de” or “en”) and in your browser's local storage. If you dismiss the hint about the other language, local storage remembers that too. None of it says anything about you, the server doesn't store it, and you can delete it in your browser at any time. playcookie.org sets no other cookies.

What This Site Shows About Players

The site shows what anyone on the server sees anyway: who's online and in which game, stats from the games (wins, Cookies, playtime, records), leaderboards and built maps. Faces are cut from the Minecraft skin that Mojang makes publicly available; your browser loads nothing from Mojang for this, our server does.

In SkyBlock, the map shows exact positions only in the Sky Harbor. On all other islands it only says how many players are there; on players' own islands only that someone is home. Spectators and staff in spectator mode don't appear anywhere.

Questions or a Deletion Request

Talk to the staff in-game and we'll take care of it.
